Christmas Delivery
The last date for orders with UK standard delivery is 3pm Monday 21st December. We will be accepting orders after this time but will be unable to guarantee its arrival before Christmas Day unless you opt for our NEXT DAY DELIVERY for in stock items at a cost of £6.99 per order. This service will be available on the checkout page at the time of order.

Please note items that are listed as out of stock will not be able to be delivered prior to Christmas.

Will my order be delivered discreetly?
Yes. All orders are packed and delivered with discretion assured. With Lingerie Express you don't have to worry! All of our packages are sent without any indication of the package contents, no brand names, or Lingerie Express name. The only address apart from yours is a generic Street address which does no list our company name and only our number and street name.

How Long Before I Receive My Order?
We carry over 3000 items in stock and aim to dispatch your order within 48 Hours if chosen size and colour is in stock. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery and generally arrive within 1-3 working days from date of dispatch

Once dispatched from our warehouse here is a guide for our Standard Service:

UK Customers:
First Class Recorded* within 1-3 working days from Date of Dispatch (Subject to Stock)

EUROPE:
Signed for Airmail*: within 2-5 working days from order date

REST OF THE WORLD:
Signed for Airmail*: between 5 - 10 working days from order date

* Please note: this option requires a signature upon delivery

What Are The Shipping Costs?
To make shopping with us more enjoyable, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Our shipping charges by region are:

UK:
Standard Delivery: 1st Class Recorded Delivery*. £2.99 plus vat on orders less than £40. FREE for all orders over £40. You can select an alternative delivery address during the check out and rest assured that their is no branding on our external packaging, so only you will know what's inside!

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD:
International Signed for Airmail: £9.99. Enjoy the extra security of the International Signed for Airmail service and insurance cover in case of loss.

Out of stock items
If your item is backorderd we aim to despatch you order within 3-7 working days.
(Please note in rare circumstances please allow up to a maximum of 28 working days for out of stock items)
