Christmas Delivery Times?
We carry over 1300 items in stock and aim to despatch your order within 48 Hours.
Our last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 12/12 however we will still be dispatching orders that are placed after this date that are in stock up to 20/12. Please click here to contact us before placing you order to check if your required items are in stock .
When your order is ready for dispatch we will send a confirmation email to confirm this which will also include your tracking unique tracking number.
Once dispatched from our wareheuse here is a guide for our Standard Service:
- UK (Recorded Delivery) within 1-3 working days from Date of Dispatch (Subject to Stock)
- Europe (by airmail) within 5-7 working days from order date
- Rest of the World (by airmail) between 5 - 15 working days from order date
What are the Shipping charges?
Standard First Class Recorded Delivery is Free on all purchases over £49.99 (Within UK). Orders below this value are charged at £2.99
International delivery to Europe and the rest of the world is charged at £9.99
How will my order be sent?
Standard Delivery; UK deliveries are dispatched by First Class Recorded Mail. for orders which are over £100 we send using using Special Delivery. All orders requires a signature on delivery. International deliveries are sent by Airmail and for security higher value orders are sent using the "International Signed For" service.
International Customers: If a customs certificate is required for shipping we mark the goods as "clothing".
Items which are out of stock at the time of order will be placed on backorder with our weekly deliveries. Delivery times for backordered items varies per designer listed below
